Wet On Wet

If it’s bad, I’ll make it good.

Spread it on you tonight.

Wrap you tight around the wood.

Red, red wine and magic white.

Your cotton and my denim blend.

You’re double primed and pre-stretched.

You’re my favourite canvas yet.

We’re going wet on wet.

Make you slippery. Make it slide.

Going to make you blush.

Run it down your oily side.

Stroke you with my three-inch brush.

Screw you to the easel tight.

Run the colours across the screen.

Expand my palette with a gesso kind of night. Cleanest knife you’ve ever seen.
