Buck A Beer

Here’s a song for Dougie Ford

And the Ontario Proud citizen horde

From Sarnia to Pembroke, the

Hammer to James Bay

He’s for the people

As long as you’re not gay

I wrote this song called buck a beer

So let’s raise a glass to the new premier

Is that a platform or a lifelong dream

Friends let’s get loaded

And lament the new regime

Buck a beer, buck a beer

Let’s raise a glass to the new premier

Buck a beer, buck a beer

Let’s raise a glass to the new premier

Doug loves himself some fossil fuel

Burn the oil and watch him drool

Cap and trade and renewables

He’s not too keen, but he still stands behind

Anything that’s green

How about this sex education

Notwithstanding a little self palpation

I identify enlightened with dark intent

Try and screw me over

You’ll never get my consent

Can’t deny that boyish grin

Guess we all took it on the chin

He’ll lower taxes and expectations too

But don’t cross the party

Or he will snitch on you
